It is the first time Arsenal, who finished fifth, have failed to qualify for the competition for 20 years.

Ghana's Frank Acheampong has revealed that he dreams of playing in the English Premier League.

Acheampong was a transfer target for Hull City last season but his Belgian club Anderlecht refused to do a deal.

He told the BBC that his heart is set on a move to a bigger league and is hoping it happens sooner rather than later.

Senegal were thoroughly dominant as they swept aside the Saudis

Senegal began their Fifa under-20 World Cup campaign in triumphant fashion by beating Saudi Arabia 2-0 on Monday. Semi-finalists last time out, Senegal secured all three points with first half goals from Ibrahima Niane and Cavin Diagne.

With the United States and Ecuador drawing 3-3 in Group F's other game, Senegal are the early pacesetters in Incheon.
