Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom

Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom has been banned by FIFA for one year after he was found guilty of cheating an agent in a transfer deal back in 2014.

The 28-year-old has been ordered to pay creditor Curtis Willet $65,000 or in default serve a one-year ban.

Inkoom failed to pay the agent his full share of the booty after he was transferred from Ukrainian side Dnipro three years ago.

Asamoah Gyan

Iconic Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan has climbed up in the international goalscoring charts, emerging among the top FIVE goal poachers on the continent.

The late Coach Herbert Addo

The family of the late Coach Herbert Addo has fixed Saturday, June 24 for his burial. Coach Addo, who won the Ghana Premier League with Hearts of Oak in 2002 and Aduana Stars in 2010, died after a short illness at the 37 Military Hospital on Friday, March 24. He was 66.

He would be laid in state at his residence, Oyarifa Addo’s Farm, on the Accra-Aburi.

Elmina Sharks Coach Kobina Amissah

Elmina Sharks have asked Coach Kobina Amissah to proceed on a two-game leave. The club owner Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom and the club's top management took the decision after a crisis meeting on Wednesday.

Information gathered by ATL FM indicated that most of the players had fallen out with the coach and this might be one of the causes of such decision by management.
