An Accra High Court has granted the Attorney General’s request to place an injunction on all football activities in the country.
This is to enable the Police investigate in the latest outrage that has rocked football in the country after several top officials were caught involved in a scandal.
A video released by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas saw countless GFA officials involved in corrupt practices.
In a bid to have a thorough investigation into the issues, the Attorney General department of government have placed a court injunction on all football activities.
The latest development halts any organized GFA activity or event until further notice.
This means the Zylofon Cash Premier League, MTN FA Cup, FreshPak Women’s League and the SANDFORD Women’s FA Cup will be put on hold.
