Solomon Sarfo Tayor scored a first half hat-trick as Ghana Premier League new boys Karela United humiliated Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast to eliminate Dwarfs from the GHALCA G8 tournament.
Sarfo Taylor scored on the 25th minute after some awful defending from Dwarfs allowed him to head in before grabbing his second of the game two minutes later with a brilliant solo run to slot it past the Dwarfs goalkeeper.
Karela then got their third on the half hour mark after former Dwarfs’ player Isaac Kwain’s pinpoint cross was nodded in at the far post by Karela captain William Opoku.
Sarfo Taylor then completed his hat-trick on the 43rd minute and Karela’s 4th to head to the recess with a comfortable 4-0 lead.
