Kumasi Asante held Aduana Stars to a 0-0 draw at the Dormaa Park on Monday in an outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture.

Aduana Stars thus failed to return to the top spot as they lie second with 34 points, two points behind leaders WAFA.

Coach Steve Polack and his team avoided defeat despite ending the game with ten men.

The result means Kotoko are still unbeaten under Coach Steve Polack.

Captain of Kotoko Amos Frimpong after the match said “we were happy with the results and this will give us confidence in our subsequent matches in the Ghana Premier League”.

Aduana Stars are chasing their second League title after narrowly missing out on the trophy last season.
