The National U-20 female football team the Black Princesses of Ghana will host the Harambee of Kenyan at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium this Sunday [5th November 2017] for the first leg fixture to the 2018 FIFA U20 World Cup.

Ghana reached this stage after beating Algeria 10-0 in a two legged tie months ago. The Black Princesses of Ghana's opponent Kenya beat their East African counterparts 4-3 on aggregates to qualify to this stage of the competition.

France will host the FIFA U20 Women World Cup next year between August 5 - 25, 2018.

Accra Hearts of Oak skipper, Thomas Abbey has stated that he cannot assure the Club’s fans of a possible stay next season following uncompleted negotiations between him and the club’s top hierarchy.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko goal keeper, Felix Annan has revealed his satisfaction for winning three medals in the 2016/2017 League season. Annan conceded just a goal in the MTN FA Cup Finals where the Porcupine Warriors beat Hearts by three goals to one at the Tamale Sports Stadium last weekend to pick up the trophy.

The goalkeeper admitted Kotoko had a good start in the league but fell out in their performance which made them to change coaches frequently.

Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs have broken speculations in the local media suggesting that the Head Coach of the club, Ricardo Da Rocha will not return to the club after the Brazilian trainer left the shores of Ghana for his mother country to visit his family.

The Ex-Sporting CP center back guided the “Abontoabontoa” Boys to occupy 4th position on the league table which for the past three years, is an alien at the premises of the coastal club.

Asante Kotoko players have been given a three-week break after their difficult season ended last Sunday. The Porcupine Warriors climaxed their season by beating rivals Hearts of Oak 3-1 to lift the MTN FA Cup final.

Head Coach Steve Pollack has given his players 21 days to cool off before returning for pre-season.
