1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

3 pounds pork ribs
Leave rib in salt water for 10 minutes or more.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and apply to the ribs until it is well coated.
Set up the grill. Use a basting brush to apply oil unto the meat.
Cook ribs, without turning, until the meat is tender but not falling off bones.
Serve with jollof rice or cooked yam and egg stew.
