Best graduating student of Institute Of Education UCC advises graduates to develop themselves

The overall best graduating student of the Institute of Education, UCC, Mr. Ransford Owusu has called on his fellow graduates to strive for higher heights in order to fit into the ever changing and growing trends of society.

He explained, the dynamism that characterizes societies within the world today has made it extremely necessary for continuous personal development.
Ranford Owusu, who is from the Wesley College of Education Centre said these during his valedictory speech at the 7th Session of the 50th Congregation of the University of Cape Coast (Institute of Education).

Mr. Owusu graduated with First Class honours with a CGPA of 3.95 and received a laptop, an undisclosed amount of money and a Plaque.

Ten other students from the Institute of Education were also honoured with each receiving an undisclosed amount of cash and a plaque.
Ransford Owusu urged his collegues not to be content with their current position in education but rather strive for greatness.

Recounting the unending constructive training given them at the Institute of Education, Ransford noted, they are poised to contribute to the development of the nation as teachers.
