A former staff of ATL FM has donated a set of cordless microphones and a printer to the station to augment the services of the radio station.

Mr. Kobina Boham was with ATL FM from 1992 to 2008 before he left for the United States of America where he works. Whilst with ATL FM, Mr. Boham also known as the “Mix Master”, hosted several programmes including Ocean Drive, Weekend Splash, Sunday Agoro Special and Lunch Time Rhythms.

Mr. Boham spoke to ATL FM News about the donation saying "when I came down in January, I promised Manager that I will support the station in my own small way, so I promised to bring a wireless printer, but then when I came to the party that you did, I realized that you were using cord microphones. I thought ATL FM was above those old stuff so I made up my mind to buy those items quickly."

He urged ATL FM to maintain the high standards by keeping to the strict cultures it has developed over the years. ‘I expect ATL FM to always be on top. I also think the values that have shaped the station should not be left behind.’
