St. Augustines College beat their rivals Mfantsipim in zone three of the Inter Colleges Soccer Competition.

The game ended goalless after the end of both halves but Augusco got the trophy by beating the Kwabotwe boys 5-4 on penalties to pick their fourth trophy.

Speaking to ATL FM Sports after the game, the Sports Master of St. Augustine College, Kwadwo Owusu, aka. “Joe Paddy” attributed their success in the football competition to discipline.

“This is the fourth year, we won but the trick has always been discipline on the part of the students, the tutors and the management. We really groomed them to be tactically right and focus with the game.” He said.
