ATL FM of the Campus Broadcasting Services [CBS] of the University of Cape Coast [UCC] has been selected to receive the ‘International Diamond Prize For Excellence in Quality 2017’ in Vienna Austria on Saturday December 9, 2017.
In a letter addressed to the ATL FM station manager and signed by the Executive Director of the European Society for Quality Research [ESQR] Dr. A. Arista, ATL FM was selected to receive this award in recognition of the station’s commitment to economic progress for themselves and their community.
According to Dr. Arista, the ‘International Diamond Prize For Excellence in Quality 2017’ recognizes organizations, companies, public administrations and individuals with superior development efforts and overall excellence, which is essential to the economic progress of their communities.

Relatedly in an interview with Daniel Opoku on the ATL FM Metro Mix earlier today, the Station Manager of ATL FM – CBS Mr. Kwabena Antwi-Konadu expressed his deepest appreciation to European Society for Quality Research [ESQR] for the recognition and the station’s effort, commitment towards quality. He also expressed the station’s appreciation to its listeners all over the world for their continuous support.

The ATL FM Management team is expected in Vienna – Austria on Saturday December 9, 2017 to receive the award.
ABOUT EUROPEAN SOCIETY FOR QUALITY RESEARCH [ESQR]
The International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality 2017 is organized by the European Society for Quality Research [ESQR] by recognizing the organizations, companies, individuals and public administrations with superior development efforts and overall excellence, which are most committed to economic progress, both for them and their communities as a whole. The awards program is run by ESQR with Head office in Lausame, Switzerland.
The award winning companies, organizations and public administrations are selected by ESQR based on the results of the ESQR's polls, consumer opinion research and market study. The voters can be customers, consumers, former ESQR awards winning companies and organizations, suppliers, collaborating companies or just sympathizers. The selection process includes as well the research of public information sources, publication and positive remarks, advertising campaigns, charity chambers of commerce and university projects, trade and exhibitions.
