This is the beginning of a journey. Being tagged as the "Pride of the City", Kumasi-based artiste Flowking Stone is set to launch his own annual concert dubbed 'Oseikrom Shut Down'.
The award-winning rapper will officially launch his 1st ever self-hosted concert at the forecourt of the Kumasi City Mall on Saturday, December 23, 2017.
The "Fire Bon Dem" hitmaker on YFM in Kumasi last week revealed this to PapJ, the host of the 'Ryse N Shyne Show' saying, "This will be another platform for the talents in Oseikrom to showcase what they have in terms of showbiz in general."
With support from other artistes like the 'Hiplife Grandpapa' Reggie Rockstone, the 'Rap Doctor' Okyeame Kwame, 'The man insane' Kwaw Kese, the 'Rap Lord' Yaa Pono, Kwadwo Nkansah aka Lil Win, the 'Leaders of the new school' Ko-Jo Cue and Shaker, SarkCess Music new signee Strongman, the 'King of the new school' Tee Phlow, Cabum 'The Chedeshi', "Grind" hitmaker AI, 'Dancehall joggler' Episode, NT4, Ryan Korsah, King Paluta of NKZ Music, Amerado, Leftizle, Enam and several others, this annual concert has come to stay.
This will be the genesis of the revival of golden days when Kumasi enjoyed its best moment of Ghana music and being the bank of talented artistes.
