Akosua Adjepong Denies Defrauding Anyone Of ₵105,000

Akosua Agyapong and her brother were in court for allegedly defrauding a businessman of GH¢105,000 under the pretext of selling a land appeared before an Accra Circuit Court and charged with fraud.

 Ace musician Akosua Adjepong has denied accusations that she has defrauded a businessman to the tune of GH₵105,000.

She denied engaging in any form of business transaction with the said businessman hence there was no way she received money from him.

Akosua Agyapong and her brother were in court for allegedly defrauding a businessman of GH¢105,000 under the pretext of selling a land appeared before an Accra Circuit Court and charged with fraud.

She allegedly conspired with her brother to defraud the businessman.

According to the prosecution, the musician and the brother identified as Frank Agyemang, aka, Killer Boss, sold a land which apparently did not belong to them to the businessman.

Akosua Agyapong and the man have been charged with conspiracy to commit crime and fraudulent transaction of land.

Frank Agyemang, pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted bail in the sum of GH¢160,000 with three sureties.

The court presided over by Mrs Cecilia Dapaa Mireku adjourned the case to October 24, 2017.
