Victoria Lebene Mekpeh with Kofi Adjorlolo

Actress Victoria Lebene Mekpeh who was reported to be dating veteran Actor Kofi Adjorlolo, has revealed that the relationship between her and Adjorlolo is over.

Victoria revealed that she has been going through a lot especially with her family members since her relationship with Kofi Adjorlolo became public, and she has gotten to a point where she must take a stand between her father and Kofi Adjorlolo.

The Ghanaian Diva said her father, (S.P Victor Mekpeh who is a retired Chief Superintendent Officer of Ghana Prison Service) has been against her relationship right from day one and he has always maintained his position that he will never give his blessing, if she decides to go ahead to marry Mr. Adjorlolo.

More musicians have joined the lineup for the 7th Ghana Meets Naija concert.

Organizers, Empire Ghana, have confirmed Kojo Cue, Article Wan, B4 Bonah, Lil Win, and Kwame Eugene as supporting acts for Saturday’s event at the Accra International Conference Centre.

This year’s event already has an impressive headliner list in Shatta Wale (Ghana), Davido (Nigeria), M.anifest (Ghana) and Falz (Nigeria) as well as Tiwa Savage (Nigeria).

Veteran Ghanaian actor Kofi Bucknor has passed on aged 64.

The former Director of Television of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation reportedly died in the early hours of Tuesday, May 23.

For the past four or so years, the announcement of the nominees for the annual Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards, especially that for the Best International Act- Africa, is always greeted with intense chatter.

One recurring issue of the Awards is the so-called ‘backstage’ presentation of the award to the winner of the African category.

Proponents of this ‘backstage’ theory get louder every year, to the extent that, a response was issued by the African Bureau of the Awards last year – in a bid to offer some explanations to the situation.
